At the Right to Life Foundation (RLF), we believe in transparent governance and efficient execution. Our organizational structure ensures that decision-making, project planning, and community outreach are effectively aligned. This enables us to deliver impactful programs while maintaining accountability to our stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.

🔝 Governing Body

The Governing Body is the apex authority responsible for strategic direction, policy formulation, and overall supervision of RLF’s activities. It ensures that all initiatives align with our mission and comply with statutory and ethical standards.

👩‍⚖️ Director (Secretary)

The Director, serving as the Secretary of the Governing Body, oversees the day-to-day functioning of the foundation. The Director provides leadership, ensures smooth coordination among different units, and reports to the Governing Body.

👥 Advisory Committee

A panel of experts and advisors that provides guidance on health, education, environment, and social development initiatives. The committee ensures that RLF’s interventions are evidence-based and aligned with national priorities.

💰 Finance & Accounts (Treasurer/CA)

The Treasurer, supported by a Chartered Accountant, manages all financial matters. This includes:

  • Accounting & auditing

  • Budget planning

  • CSR fund utilization

  • Donor reporting

This ensures financial transparency and accountability.

👨‍💼 Project Leaders (Volunteers)

Dedicated volunteers act as project leaders for various initiatives. They bridge the gap between community needs and organizational planning by:

  • Coordinating awareness campaigns

  • Supervising on-ground staff

  • Reporting project progress

📋 Supervisors & Clerical Staff

  • Supervisors: Manage field activities, coordinate with project leaders, and ensure program delivery.

  • Clerical Staff: Provide administrative support, data entry, documentation, and logistics support.

👩‍⚕️ Workers (Paid + Volunteers)

RLF mobilizes a wide network of paid and volunteer workers including:

  • Asha Workers

  • Anganwadi Workers

  • Teachers

  • Nurses

These grassroots workers are the backbone of our outreach, connecting with communities to deliver health education, conduct awareness sessions, and support beneficiaries directly.
