The Right to Life Foundation (RLF) is deeply grateful for the generous support of individuals, corporates, and institutions. Your contributions enable us to deliver impactful programs in health promotion, cancer awareness, survivor support, education, environment, and welfare of women and children.
This policy outlines the terms of donations, receipts, and refunds.
All donations made to RLF are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
RLF reserves the right to allocate funds across its programs in alignment with our mission and community needs.
Donations may be made through online payment gateways, UPI, bank transfers, cheques, or CSR partnerships.
Donations to RLF are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Corporate donations made under CSR are governed by the Companies Act, 2013 and corresponding MoUs.
Donors will receive an official receipt via email or post, which can be used for tax deduction purposes.
Please ensure that accurate details (full name, PAN, address, email) are provided at the time of donation.
As per NGO norms and government guidelines, donations cannot be refunded or canceled once processed.
Exceptions may be made only in cases of:
Duplicate transaction due to technical error.
Incorrect deduction of amount from donor’s account.
Refund requests, if valid, must be made within 7 working days of the transaction by emailing us at [Insert Email] with transaction details.
All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Donor details will be kept confidential and used only for official communication, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, trade, or share donor information with external parties.
RLF maintains audited financial records and ensures proper utilization of funds.
Annual reports and impact assessments are shared with stakeholders and CSR partners.
Donors may request a copy of the annual financial statement or project-specific reports.
